As the headquarters of YFVWC, the building functions as a data center and the primary administrative center.  The building is designed around a central core area that serves as the public entrance and other public amenities.  The administrative floors incorporate an open office concept with workstations and interior private office and conference rooms to maximize natural daylight and exterior views.  LEED Gold Certified.
