Architectural Associate

Are you a recent architectural graduate with a passion for design excellence, and a strong desire to be involved in all aspects of design, as well as being responsible for your own projects?

Wolfe Architectural Group (WAG) is a medium sized firm recognized for its architecture and interior design through collaborations with institutions, developers, contractors and referral clients.  Our unique size provides us flexibility to pursue a variety of projects for private, public, corporate, non-profit and governmental entities.

 

What will you be doing here?

  • Create great designs in collaboration with other design professionals
  • Be involved with the architectural process from concept to reality
  • Interact and coordinate with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and other design consultants
  • Maintain good relationships with our clients through strong verbal and written communications
  • Engage in the community to expand your professional growth

 

What are we looking for?

  • A recent graduate with a Masters of Architecture degree actively pursuing licensure as a registered architect
  • A designer with a passion for high design and the desire to learn the technical knowledge required to translate the design intent into accurate contract documents
  • A manager to be in charge of all aspects of a project from conception to close-out
  • A personality that interacts well with other team members, including clients
  • An individual who is motivated, eager to learn and open to learn from other design professionals
  • A skilled CAD operator proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketch-Up

  • Create great designs that are reflective of our client’s needs
  • Manage the architectural process from concept to reality
  • Mentor design staff
  • Advance relationships with our clients through outstanding service and excellence
  • Contribute at a high level to maintain current business and determine strategies for future growth

 

What are we looking for?

  • A licensed architect with at least four years of experience after licensure
  • A designer with high design skills and the technical knowledge to translate design intent into accurate contract documents
  • A project manager with proven communication skills to successfully lead and manage all aspects of a project from conception to close-out
  • A personality that obtains and retains the respect of colleagues and clients
  • An individual who will mentor others while also expanding your own professional knowledge
  • A skilled CAD operator proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketch-Up

What will you be doing here?

  • Create great interior designs that are reflective of our client’s needs
  • Work independently and collaboratively with other architectural professionals
  • Develop interior design ideas from concept to reality
  • Advance relationships with our clients through outstanding service and excellence
  • Contribute at a high level to maintain current business and determine strategies for future growth

 

What are we looking for?

  • A NCIDQ certified (or nearing certification) interior designer with at least five years of experience
  • A designer with high design skills, including space planning, color, material, and FF&E selection, together with the technical knowledge to translate design intent into accurate contract documents
  • A project manager with proven communication skills to successfully lead and manage multiple interior projects from conception to close-out
  • A personality that obtains and retains the respect of colleagues and clients
  • A skilled CAD operator and renderer proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, Photoshop and InDesign
